Proseal customer service is one of the best. I called to get a quote on a reseal of my driveway and they got back to me right away. They keep you informed every step of the process. They are quick and do a great job. I am extremely happy with the way my driveway looks. I rarely do reviews. This one, was worth doing. They blew me away. I called numerous companies and individuals that would do this project of sealing my driveway. After I’ve taken all the quotes or estimates. I then equated, about the materials they use, and how they do it. With all things considered. I asked ProSeal, what other big projects had they done? My driveway was larger than some. They told me, they did the Giant Center, in Hershey. They have thousands and thousands of cars driving on their driveways, for concerts, Hershey Park, tourists, antique, car show, etc. That sealed the deal. They get my stamp of approval. End of story…

Competent Customer Service that is detailed and friendly, is very important to me these days.
I made an initial phone call to Pro Seal to request a quote, on a Friday afternoon. It wasn’t easy for me to estimate or relay the square footage of my driveway surface because the pattern isn’t symmetrical. A crew was sent out to my house to do the actual measurements and calculations while I was there to verify their results.
The following day, I received an email containing a professional PDF document with a detailed reasonable quote that was easy to read, securely sign and return back in one sitting. In two hours, my quote approval was received and with an updated email that someone would be contacting me soon to work out an agreeable date.
Being a retired Quality Assurance Manager, I was pleased to see the sealing crew arrive, set up safety cones, direct traffic, with everyone having the right equipment and tools for the job, and a mind to work.
It was no surprise to see them deliver a job well done with no mess left behind.
