The paved areas surrounding the township building—including drive lanes, perimeter paths, and the gated entry—had developed surface fading and minor wear over time. - Sealant Application: We applied a commercial-grade coal tar emulsion sealcoat in a smooth, even layer. Wide-open areas were sprayed mechanically, while tight edges were finished by hand.
- Dry Time & Closure: The site was blocked off during curing to prevent traffic damage and guarantee a clean finish.
