Our first task was to meticulously prep the area with thorough crack sealing, filling vulnerable spots to keep water out and stop the damage from spreading.
Once prepped, we applied a full sealcoat treatment across all 113,000 square feet of pavement. Not only does sealcoating give asphalt that rich black finish—it also acts as a protective barrier against UV rays, oil spills, water, and other damaging elements.

Fresh Lines and Clear ADA Access
After the sealcoat cured, we moved on to line striping, which is more than cosmetic—especially on a busy educational campus. We carefully laid out and painted bright, high-contrast parking lines that improve traffic flow and help prevent confusion in the lot.
Of particular importance to this client were the ADA-compliant handicap-accessible parking spaces. We marked each of these spots with bold blue paint and highly visible symbols to ensure easy navigation and full compliance with accessibility guidelines.
